Hot/cold and the size of the noodles.Tastier when cold, but it gets the broth cold quick. Hot noodles will be kinda hot when eating it early on.If your broth gets called, say ‘Yaki-niki’ to have a hot stone to put into your broth. It is super hot, so watch out. Your broth will be back at a boil.
